The Role
We’re looking for an Operations and Systems Administrator who can take ownership of our internal systems, user management, and technical operations. You’ll manage day‑to‑day IT support, maintain and develop our Azure/M365 environment, keep operational data healthy, and introduce improvements where needed. This role suits someone who’s confident working independently, experienced in troubleshooting, and comfortable being the go‑to for technical issues and system administration.
About You
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud systems
- Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
- Experience managing users, permissions, and security within Azure AD / Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail with a process‑driven approach
- Solid problem‑solving mindset – practical, not theoretical
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable
- Able to communicate technical issues clearly to non‑technical colleagues
Responsibilities
- Provide first line IT support and troubleshooting.
- Administer Azure Active Directory / Entra ID: users, groups, and security.
- Manage system access, device compliance, and Microsoft licensing.
- Set up new starters, configure workstations, and ensure security.
- Maintain CRM data quality, consistency, and integration.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and manage data requests.
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non‑technical staff.
- Document operational procedures and onboarding materials.
- Handle hardware procurement and deployment.
