Lead and scale Venquis’ Insurance practice in London (and EMEA) — driving revenue, building senior client relationships, and evolving our offering into a solutions-led, EMEA-wide model for the AI era. You will leverage a flexible, multi-location delivery model, accessing the best talent and capability across technology, data, AI and automation. This is a player-coach role: win business, lead a capable team, deliver client outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Win and grow clients across the Insurance market
- Sell beyond roles into team builds, projects, and transformation solutions
- Support clients in building AI, data and automation capability
- Own the full sales cycle — from origination to close
- Leverage EMEA-wide delivery capability to solve client needs
- Lead and develop a small team of Client Solution Consultants
- Build long-term, senior client relationships

- Proven ability to win and grow client accounts
- Experience leading with clients, candidates, employees - to be clear this is a sales leadership role.
