The Role: As a Client Practice Lead, you will be responsible for owning leadership and support to a team of Client Solution Consultants. This role combines hands-on activities with the management of a team. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of best practices. You will manage a Practice of Consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a Practice, setting clear performance expectations and goals. Hold 121’s and formal reviews. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and team cohesion.
- Mentorship and Training: Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Provide constructive feedback to support the continuous improvement of individual and team performance.
- Lead by example: Generate and close new business through client acquisition. Client-facing with full autonomy of sales cycle to point of closure. Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients. Convert qualified leads gathered by the delivery function into new opportunities. Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real-time solutions. Negotiate commercial terms of business. Account manage single vacancies to large scale client projects.
