The Role:
As a Client Practice Lead, you will be responsible for owning leadership and support to a team of Client Solution Consultants. This role combines hands-on activities with the management of a team. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of best practices. You will manage a Practice of Consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a Practice, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
- Hold 121β2 and formal reviews
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and team cohesion.
- Mentorship and Training:
- Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Provide constructive feedback to support the continuous improvement of individual and team performance.
- Lead by example:
- Generate and close new business through client acquisition
- Client-facing with full autonomy of sales cycle to point of closure
- Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients
- Convert qualified leads gathered by the delivery function into new opportunities
- Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real time solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms of business
- Account manage single vacancies to large scale client projects
