We’re looking for an AI Content Operations Manager to help transform how multilingual marketing content is created, localised and quality-controlled across European markets.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. The focus is on building the systems, workflows and AI processes that allow high-quality marketing content to be produced at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, content and technology, helping move content production away from heavily manual processes towards a more automated, AI-led model.
The role
You’ll take ownership of how content gets created across web, CRM, performance marketing and other customer channels. Working with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and wider content platforms, you’ll design and develop AI workflows that generate, translate and quality-check marketing copy across multiple European markets.
You’ll identify where manual processes can be improved or automated, build the solution and then help embed the new way of working across the wider marketing and creative teams. There will still be a creative element to the role. You’ll need strong commercial marketing instincts and be comfortable developing campaign hooks, propositions, subject lines and performance headlines when required.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining AI workflows, prompts, projects and automations for marketing content.
- Developing automated processes for content generation, translation and quality assurance.
- Improving the consistency of brand tone and messaging across different markets.
- Identifying inefficient or manual content processes and designing better ways of working.
- Working closely with marketing, creative, SEO and technology teams.
- Developing frameworks, documentation and guidelines around AI content production.
- Supporting multilingual content across French, Spanish and potentially Italian markets.
- Helping teams adopt AI tools effectively through training and knowledge sharing.
- Measuring improvements in areas such as content production time, cost and quality.
- Supporting campaign messaging, CRM subject lines, performance headlines and propositions.
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally come from a marketing, brand, content operations or e-commerce background, with a strong understanding of what effective commercial content looks like. More importantly, you’ll have genuine hands-on experience using AI within a marketing or content environment.
We’re looking for someone who has gone beyond simply using ChatGPT to write copy. You should be able to demonstrate examples of AI workflows, prompt systems, agents, automations or processes that you have built and introduced for other people to use.
You’ll also need:
- Strong commercial marketing and copy instincts.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
- Experience building AI workflows, prompts, automations or content generation processes.
- Native or near-native French or Spanish, alongside strong English.
- A proactive mindset and evidence of driving change within a team or organisation.
- Confidence working with marketing, technology, SEO and creative stakeholders.
- An interest in continuously improving how AI is used within marketing.
Nice to have
- Italian language skills.
- E-commerce or DTC experience.
- Experience with multilingual content or localisation.
- Experience with CMS or structured content environments.
- SEO content automation experience.
- Exposure to tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, ClickUp or Jira.
- Experience implementing AI quality-control or brand-governance processes.
What good looks like
The strongest candidates will be able to show us something they have actually built. For example, an AI workflow that replaced a manual content process, improved localisation, automated quality control or significantly reduced the time and cost required to produce marketing content.
We want someone who is excited about AI, but more importantly, someone who knows how to turn it into a practical, scalable way of working.
