We are recruiting for an innovative and rapidly expanding company specialising in designing, building, and operating low-carbon district energy networks. They are committed to helping reduce energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions by delivering advanced solutions for public and private sector clients. Due to continued growth they now seek an Energy Engineer to join their Engineering team.

The Energy Engineer will oversee the safe and efficient management of multiple district heating sites. You will be responsible for a range of projects, ranging up to large city-wide heating networks, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. Your duties will include minimizing downtime, maximizing plant availability, managing budgets, managing stakeholders, and supporting continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (ideally Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical).
  • Experience in managing on-site energy projects.
  • Familiarity with energy software programming.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
