Vennre is a next-generation wealthtech platform giving HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) access to exclusive, Sharia-compliant private market investments. Traditionally reserved for institutions, we’ve redesigned the experience to make private markets more transparent, intuitive, and inclusive — with over $20M transacted and users across the MENA region and Europe.
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to help power the day-to-day investment activities that underpin our platform — from onboarding and funding to distributions and reconciliations.
- Strong controls, compliance, and partner coordination
- Helping build the systems that enable Vennre to scale
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal controls
- Support KYC/AML processes and help refine internal systems
- Liaise with external partners (account openings, issue resolution)
1–3 years experience in operations, financial control, back office, or client services at a fintech, investment platform, or asset manager
- Background in accounting, audit, or financial control is a plus
- Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency
- Excellent project management and organisation
