Head of Accounts - Wilmslow - £40-45k
Venn Group's specialist finance recruitment team is recruiting a Head of Accounts for a multi-service law firm in Wilmslow. This permanent opportunity offers an excellent next step for an experienced legal cashier looking to take ownership of a finance function.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the sole member of the Accounts Department
- Reviewing balances
- Posting invoices to the ledger
- Supporting the firm's conveyancing department
- Utilising the firm's case management system
About you
- Ideally a minimum 5 years' legal cashiering / legal finance experience
- Previous conveyancing experience
- Experience using a case management system
- Knowledge of systems such as LawWare or Proclaim would be desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage a standalone finance function
