Legal Administrator - Southport - £25,000-£27,000
Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting a Legal Administrator for a well-established law firm in Southport. This temporary opportunity is initially for 3 months, with potential for extension, and offers the chance to support fee earners across a broad range of legal administration and reception duties.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing general secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, including using case and document management systems and digital transcription.
- Preparing forms, correspondence and documentation, as well as filing documents and submitting paperwork to the Court as required.
- Managing telephone calls, internal and external queries, appointments and fee earners' diaries.
- Providing reception support, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling post and issuing receipts where required.
- Undertaking general office administration and operating office equipment as required.
About you
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, case/document management systems and general office equipment.
