On behalf of a law firm in West Yorkshire, we are currently recruiting for a Locum Private Client Lawyer to provide ongoing cover until a permanent member of staff joins the firm. The successful candidate will ideally be available to attend the office on a hybrid basis and will have prior experience managing a busy private client caseload autonomously. The assignment is expected to last for an initial three-month period, with a strong likelihood of extension. The firm is looking for someone to commence the assignment in October 2026.
Duties:
- Managing a busy wills and probate caseload
- Advising clients on trusts and estate planning matters
- Supporting and answering queries raised by junior Fee Earners
Working Hours: Full-time, although candidates available for a minimum of three days per week will also be considered.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Rate of Pay: £45.00-£55.00 per hour (Outside IR35)
