Personal Injury Fee Earner (RTA) - Permanent - £35,000 to £45,000

Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Personal Injury Fee Earner on behalf of a well-established law firm in the North of England . This permanent opportunity offers the chance to join a successful claimant personal injury team handling a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters, with excellent career development and a strong benefits package.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of claimant RTA personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties throughout the claims process
  • Assessing liability, valuing claims and negotiating settlements
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
  • Providing high levels of client care and maintaining regular client contact
  • Working to achieve individual and team performance targets

About You

  • Previous experience handling RTA personal injury matters
  • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation, organisational and client care skills
  • Good understanding of the personal injury claims process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and commercially aware approach
