Interim HR Business Partner
Based in London, hybrid working
Length: Initial 3 months
We are working with a London Local Authority who are looking to appoint an interim HR Business Partner during a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bring experienced, generalist HR BP best practice, and a proven ability to lead and advise operational teams during times of change and restructure.
- Provide assurance, leadership and work independently to support the service.
- Engage effectively with Trade Unions and be able to drive forward proposed changes / end to end restructures.
- Have experience in Housing, parking, enforcements and be able to apply this experience to prepare for upcoming new regulations.
- Experience relating to OD and TUPE will also be beneficial.
- CIPD Qualification again will be a benefit but not essential.
- Calm methodical and able to pick up the work with little to no supervision.
On site 3 days a week, non negotiable one being a Monday and/or Friday.
