Neighbourhood Housing Officer
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Rate: Up to Β£25.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Minimum 2-Month Contract

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer on behalf of a well-established social housing organisation in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to manage a designated patch and deliver a high-quality neighbourhood management service. The role offers hybrid working and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering tenancy and estate management services across a designated housing patch.
- Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, abandonment, and other housing management issues.
- Carry out tenancy audits, estate inspections, sign-up visits, tenancy reviews, and resident engagement activities.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to support tenancy sustainment and improve neighbourhood outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding requirements, health and safety standards, and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Officer, Tenancy Officer, or similar housing management role.
- Experience managing ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and estate management issues.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management best practice.
- Strong communication and case management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
