Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is supporting a respected law firm in Leeds with the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Locum. This ongoing assignment offers an immediate start, a busy caseload, and the opportunity to provide valuable support to an established property department.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly
About You
- Experienced in handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
- Able to start at short notice and work effectively within a fast-paced office environment
