VennGroup is seeking an experienced Major Projects Officer to join the Development Management team in London. You will lead the borough's largest and most complex planning applications, from validation through to recommendation, including GLA Stage 1 & Stage 2 processes.
You will manage PPAs, coordinate pre-application submissions, prepare reports for DM management and Planning Committee, and act as lead witness at Hearings.
