Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in Real Estate and Agricultural on behalf of a well-established law firm. The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
- Advising clients on agricultural property and rural land transactions
- Supporting landowners, businesses, developers and agricultural clients on a wide range of real estate matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, easements and ancillary property documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property team
About You
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in both Real Estate and Agricultural Property
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions and rural land matters
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
