Venn Group is recruiting for 2 experienced Building Surveyors to support a Social Housing organisation in Greater Manchester. The roles involve inspecting residential properties, assessing housing conditions and hazards in line with Awaab's Law Phase Two and the HHSRS.
You'll undertake five hazard focus areas, perform damp and mould surveys when required, and produce detailed inspection reports using a PDA.
