This role is ideal for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ PQE. You’ll manage your own varied caseload from start to finish, dealing with:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Lifetime mortgages
- Re-mortgaging
- Transfers of equity
