Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for enthusiastic Technical Deployment Analysts to join a busy technical support team for an exciting deployment project!
Location: West Yorkshire
Rate: £12 – 14 per hour PAYE
Duration: 3 months initially (potential extension)
Start: Immediate
Day to day duties:
- Have an understanding of PC builds, installs, replacements and deployments
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all PCs, peripherals, and related equipment being decommissioned and replaced
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components, including PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals
- Assist with the installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, and software applications on new hardware
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure all hardware and software components are functioning correctly
- Maintain detailed documentation of hardware specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues that arise during the decommissioning and replacement process
- Perform OS and application installs
- Have excellent Customer Focus skills
- Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
- Be a fast learner
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
