Venn Group are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Lead who will act as the key advisor to the Commercial Director for a leading energy company based at Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Include:
- Provide advice to the Project Management team on the day to day commercial risks and associated issues that arise during the cycle of the project.
- Negotiate with stakeholders on new Contracts and amendments to Contracts to ensure equitable and balanced business relationships can be formed without undue risk to the Company.
- Maximise company entitlement with respect to profitability and/or revenue and mitigate and minimise expenditure.
- Maintain a strong cash flow into the business by tracking and monitoring application, certification and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with Company commercial and/or contracts policies and or procedures.
Minimum Educational Qualification Required:
- Degree Qualified or Qualified by Extensive Experience.
- BSc Hons Quantity Surveying.
- Experience on high value projects.
