Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
- Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and variations.
- Acting on refinancing and secured lending transactions.
- Carrying out title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders.
- Providing practical, commercial advice to a diverse client base.
- Supervising junior team members where appropriate.
