Surveyors Required

We are recruiting for a Surveyors based in the South West

Responsible for providing surveying activities and contract administration duties for all maintenance services within their portfolio regions

Surveyor – Building Fabric (Wiltshire & Hampshire)

Candidate will be required to work with External wall/fabric planned programmes

Candidates should have:

  • External wall/fabric planned programmes – Would suit a building surveyor / £1m plus programmes.
  • Good understanding of building fabric/components
  • Technical knowledge
  • Problem solving/solution/remedy of building defects
  • Specification writing
  • Contract management (KPI’s / monthly meetings, processing valuations etc)
  • H&S knowledge/experience

Surveyor – Planned Surveyor (Covering Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire)

Planned Surveyor they will be overseeing and managing planned programmes and project work across the East/West regions

Candidates should have:

  • Relevant technical (HNC or higher) qualification in Building, Surveying, planning in a similar technical field or able to demonstrate experience within this sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and be comfortable supervising multi-trade contracts from offer to closure.
  • Experience in undertaking domestic and commercial building surveys and providing advice on matters such as construction defects.
