We are working with a London-based Local Authority to recruit an interim Surveyor, who will assess and address disrepair maintenance issues across the council’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the performance of contractors, consultants, and partner agencies to ensure all repair contracts meet high-quality standards, including compliance with specifications, schedules, and budget requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain detailed digital records, generate comprehensive reports on various aspects of the work, and ensure accurate updates to the asset management database
- Offer expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Respond to and investigate enquiries and escalated complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
