The post holder will:
- Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations
- Undertake the Council’s valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required
- Undertake unaccompanied site visits of residential sites
- Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations
- Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members
Essential:
- Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don’t have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes
- RICS Membership / RICS Registered Valuer
Desirable:
Public Sector experience as a valuer
