We are currently recruiting for two exciting interim opportunities on behalf of a large authority, both roles will be for 6 month initial contracts paying £550p/d upwards (Inside IR35).
Strategic Lead - Organisational Design, Change & Transformation
Responsible for Organisational Effectiveness agenda – specifically leading functions such as organisation transformation, development, design, change, talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, professions and workforce planning strategies. The postholder ensures the authority has the corporate design, structures, leadership, skills, and inclusive culture needed to deliver long-term priorities. Operating at Director level, the role provides strategic direction, corporate responsibility, and visible leadership across workforce and organisational change agendas.
HR Strategic Lead
The Head of People Business Partnering is the strategic lead for embedding people strategy into organisational delivery. As the most senior HRBP role, this postholder shapes the business partnering model, enabling confident, inclusive, and future-focused leadership across all directorates. The role acts as the primary conduit between Executive leadership and the People & Culture function, ensuring people priorities are aligned with service outcomes, transformation goals, and organisational values.
