Venn Group is delighted to be partnered with a non-departmental public body to recruit a Social Media Executive on an interim contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support with creating content, scheduling posts, analysing performance, and managing the organisation's social media presence.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and goals
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (Sprout Social)
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community
  • Track and analyse social media performance, providing insightful reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation based on data and insights, adjusting content strategies as needed
  • Assist in developing content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience creating engaging social media content with tools like Canva and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Social) for scheduling and analytics

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 month interim contract, subject to further extension
