We’re currently working with Hammersmith & Fulham Council to recruit an experienced Sheltered Housing Manager to lead a vital service that enhances the quality of life for older and vulnerable residents.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing management and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Duration: Initial 3-month contract
Hours: 5 per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Provide strong day-to-day leadership, ensuring the team delivers a responsive and high-quality housing management service that enables residents to live independently and safely.
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team that delivers a first-class service to residents.
- Oversee regular inspections of sheltered housing schemes to maintain safe, secure, and welcoming communal environments.
- Manage void properties effectively — ensuring prompt turnaround and smooth resettlement of new residents, including support with local services, health and safety guidance, and scheme orientation.
- Take a proactive approach to rent collection and arrears prevention, ensuring residents have access to financial support and inclusion opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in housing or supported living, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of older and vulnerable residents.
