Venn Group are delighted to partner in the recruitment of a Senior People Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading cultural institutions, supporting the delivery of ambitious organisational objectives through strategic people partnering.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple business areas, partnering with approximately 250 employees. The role will focus on delivering expert HR advice, leading organisational change initiatives, driving employee engagement and supporting leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Provide a proactive and strategic HR business partnering service to senior leaders and managers
- Support the achievement of organisational objectives through people-focused solutions and workforce planning
- Lead and support organisational development and change management initiatives
- Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance management and employee relations matters
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, dismissal and appeal processes
- Analyse people data and management information to identify trends and drive informed decision-making
- Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and implement people policies, procedures and best practice approaches
- Line manage and develop junior HR team members, promoting a high-performance culture
- Lead on specialist HR projects and organisation-wide people initiatives
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent professional HR experience
- Significant experience operating within a senior HR Business Partner or People Partnering role
- Strong generalist HR background with extensive Employee Relations experience
- Experience leading organisational change and people-centred projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data
