The Opportunity
Our client are looking for a senior conveyancing lawyer with experience with New Homes. You will be creating comprehensive contract report letters for each new development site and/or for sale ownership as well as conveyancing search report letters for clients. Examining all development documentation to check that it is suitable for sales of new property and security for mortgage lenders. Advising on a wide range of general complex technical issues and oversee file reviews for compliance and risk assessment to support fee earners across the department
