Scheme Coordinator vacancy waiting to be filled Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available Position:          Scheme Coordinator Location:         Warrington Rate:                Negotiable depending on experience Hours:              35 hours p/week (Mon – Fri) Length:            12 weeks   The role will predominantly involve: Delivering a person centred, housing related support to tenants residing in retirement living flats  Working collaboratively in partnership with the Later Living team to ensure effective and efficient housing management services are provided to individual Ensuring the scheme meets the high level of health and safety compliance requirements Assisting with customers’ queries Managing and liaising with contractors and other visitors to the scheme The successful candidate will need to have an Enhanced DBS in place already and be able to start within 1 week notice To find out more about this role or to a…
