Job Description

Scheme Coordinator – Housing Association

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for the following position:

Position: Scheme CoordinatorLocation: HullRate: Up to £14.50 PAYE / £17.00 via UmbrellaHours:   Up to 35 hours per weekContract: Temporary up to 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, offering practical support and a professional presence onsite

  • Carry out regular building and safety checks to ensure the scheme is safe, compliant, and well maintained

  • Assist with support planning tailored to residents’ individual needs, encouraging independence and wellbeing

  • Document customer contact and maintain accurate records in line with policy and procedures

  • Work closely with colleagues and external services to address customer needs effectively

Essential Criteria:

  • Enhanced DBS (must be in place or able to obtain prior to starting)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude

  • Experience in supported housing or similar customer-facing role is highly desirable
