Job Description
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for the following position:
Position: Scheme CoordinatorLocation: HullRate: Up to £14.50 PAYE / £17.00 via UmbrellaHours:  Up to 35 hours per weekContract: Temporary up to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for residents, offering practical support and a professional presence onsite

Carry out regular building and safety checks to ensure the scheme is safe, compliant, and well maintained

Assist with support planning tailored to residents’ individual needs, encouraging independence and wellbeing

Document customer contact and maintain accurate records in line with policy and procedures

Work closely with colleagues and external services to address customer needs effectively
Essential Criteria:

Enhanced DBS (must be in place or able to obtain prior to starting)

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Experience in supported housing or similar customer-facing role is highly desirable
