A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join its successful and growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional looking for a varied caseload, genuine flexibility and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development of a successful department.
You will join a thriving Private Client team, managing your own caseload with a particular focus on:
- Probate matters
- Complex Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate planning
- Inheritance Tax planning
To be considered, you will have at least four years' experience handling a varied Private Client caseload, including Probate, Trusts and complex Wills. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Private Client Fee Earners who are comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision.
