Venn Group are currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are seeking a Revenues Officer to start at short notice on a contract until the end of June. This role is fully remote and there is potential for a long-term contract extension.
Main duties of the job:
- Administering and managing council tax accounts, including billing, collection, and recovery processes
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to council tax over the phone
