Revenues Manager Available Rate:  Negotiable Hours:  Full time Venn Group are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East of England who are seeking a Revenues Manager to start at short notice on a 6-month contract. The Local Authority want some occasional onsite attendance, but the frequency can be negotiated. Main duties of the job: Undertaking the day-to-day management of the Shared Revenues Partnership Council Tax and Business Rates function Preparing statistical returns, management information and responding to complaints or complex enquiries from customers, Councillor and third sector organisations Representing the Council at court and tribunals Reporting to the Head of Revenues and Benefits Monitoring Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates and Housing Benefit Overpayment billing, collection and recovery to ensure that resources are directed to the areas of greatest need and collection is maximised Undertaking development and implementation of new processes/procedures resulting from change in legislation and policy The successful candidate must have experience of working within a Councils Revenues and Benefits department To apply for this role and for more information, please send your updated CV to Jake Simms at  or call  Venn Group i…
