Conveyancing Lawyer

Venn Group are partnered with an established and forward-thinking firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their respected team.

As an experienced Conveyancer you would be repsonsible for a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters
  • Acting on matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Oversee administrators with adhoc advice
  • Requirements:

  • Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or Fee Earner with over 2 years’ experience
  • Noticeable experience within a conveyancing department
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
