Venn Group’s Public Sector Legal team is recruiting a Locum Property Lawyer to join a Local Government legal team on an interim basis. This full-time, remote role offers an opportunity to contribute to a busy property practice in the West Midlands.
You will manage a varied caseload, handle conveyancing, leases, and mortgages, and draft agreements while working independently. Initial 3-6 months with possible extension; rate up to £50 per hour umbrella.
