Venn Group's specialist Public Sector Legal team is recruiting a Locum Highways Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the South of England on an interim basis. This fully remote role offers 3–6 months with flexible hours.
You will draft and advise on Section 278 and Section 38 agreements, advise on general highways matters, rights of way and licences, and handle a varied caseload independently for a local authority. Umbrella rate £60–£65 per hour.
