Temporary Vacancy – Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire (Hybrid working available following training and induction)

Duration: 6 Months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Rate: Β£14.56 + Β£1.76 Holiday pay (Β£16.32 gross) PAYE

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment programme, helping to attract, assess and onboard talent across a fast-paced organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with end-to-end recruitment experience who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, engaging with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advert creation through to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events.
  • Advertise vacancies and shortlist applications against agreed criteria.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates, providing advice and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Issue offers, contracts and recruitment-related correspondence.
  • Oversee pre-employment checks including references, right-to-work, DBS and occupational health clearances.
  • Maintain accurate records across recruitment and HR systems.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, careers events and assessment days.
  • Produce recruitment reports and monitor recruitment KPIs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Strong understanding of pre-employment checks, compliance processes and onboarding.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
