This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to join a busy, supportive team handling a varied public childcare caseload. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing a caseload of Public Childcare matters from instruction through to completion Representing clients in care proceedings and attending hearings where required Providing legal advice on a range of Children Act and safeguarding matters About You Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with Public Childcare experience Strong knowledge of care proceedings and Public Law Children matters Previous experience managing a busy caseload within private practice or a local authority setting Key Details Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience Location: Lancashire / Hybrid Working Available Contract: Ongoing Locum Assignment Start: Week Commencing 14th September Why Consider This Role?
