Venn Group are expecting multiple interim requirements across Property Services, Asset Management and Compliance over the next month, supporting Social Housing organisations across the Midlands.
We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced interims across the following areas:
- Head of Assets
- Head of Compliance
- Transformation Lead
- DLO Lead
- Property Services Lead
- Repairs and Maintenance Lead
- Asset Management Consultant
- Compliance and Building Safety Consultant
These interim roles will suit candidates with strong Social Housing experience who can quickly support organisations through periods of change, improvement, mobilisation, operational challenge or senior leadership gaps.
Typical areas of focus may include asset strategy, compliance improvement, repairs transformation, DLO performance, contractor management, operational delivery, service redesign and property services leadership.
