For Companies Locum Private Client Lawyer – Urgent Requirement
Location: Devon
Rate: £50–£60 per hour
Contract: Locum – Full-time preferred but please reach out with any availability
Start: ASAP
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to take on a busy caseload covering wills, probate, LPAs, estate administration, and trusts — including high-value and complex matters.
You must be able to hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver high-quality client service from day one.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong technical expertise across the full private client range
- Immediate or short-notice availability
- Proven ability to manage files autonomously
- CILEX or an SRA Practicing Certificate
- STEP is desirable
This role would suit seasoned locums or Lawyers in permanent roles ready for a change and confident in their ability to step into an active caseload without hand-holding.
⚠️ The private client locum market is extremely active — now is an excellent time to consider a move into locum work.
