Locum Private Client Lawyer – Urgent Requirement

Location: Devon

Rate: £50–£60 per hour

Contract: Locum – Full-time preferred but please reach out with any availability

Start: ASAP

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to take on a busy caseload covering wills, probate, LPAs, estate administration, and trusts — including high-value and complex matters.

You must be able to hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver high-quality client service from day one.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong technical expertise across the full private client range
• Immediate or short-notice availability
• Proven ability to manage files autonomously
• CILEX or an SRA Practicing Certificate
• STEP is desirable

This role would suit seasoned locums or Lawyers in permanent roles ready for a change and confident in their ability to step into an active caseload without hand-holding.
