Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Contractor in Cheshire to recruit for a Multi-trade Plumber on a temporary to permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within social housing settings.
Key Duties Include:
- Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix plumbing
- Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G sheet flooring
- Working on tenanted properties
- Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
- Basic patch plastering
- Basic tiling and painting tasks
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing/ Joinery (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a multi-trade Plumber within the social housing sector
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
