Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing provider to recruit a Multi-Skilled Plasterer for a temporary to permanent position in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full wall plastering and partition wall work in social housing properties.
  • Skimming and damp proofing in tenanted properties.
  • Full reskims in void properties.
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures on site.

Desirable:

  • Ability to carry out basic tiling (a few rows and splashbacks).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided).
  • Minimum of 2 references or 1 covering 5+ years.
