We are working with a well-regarded Hampshire-based firm seeking a personal injury and clinical negligence locum to join their dispute resolution department. The role will start around 19th January and run for an initial two months. It is for two days per week, with one day ideally spent in the office, and the other can be done remotely.

Cases are managed using Liberate, with full secretarial support provided. Work includes:

  • Road traffic accidents
  • Accidents at work
  • Accidents in public places
  • Fatal accident claims
  • Clinical negligence claims

The work will involve both fast-track and more complex multi-track claims (little or no portal work). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established firm and secure your diary for the start of the year.
