An exciting position has arisen for a Payroll & HR Assistant to join a charity based in Putney that strives to support children and young people. The postholder will be the point of contact for all services in responding to initial general payroll and timesheet queries and the liaising between the charity and their outsourced payroll provider.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers and staff to ensure timesheets are submitted on time and accurate for payroll deadlines within the Real Time, time & attendance system.
- Work closely with managers to ensure all overtime, sleep-inβs and on call have been input correctly and authorised in time for payroll deadlines.
- Respond to any queries related to ADP through the real-time inbox.
- Respond to any payroll queries through the payroll inbox.
- To facilitate a collaborative working relationship with ADP at all times.
- To create new starters Real Time accounts.
- To carry out data entry on to the HR system as appropriate.
- To produce standard HR reports from the system as required.
Ideal candidate profile:
- High level of knowledge around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- (Desirable) Experience with ADP iHCM2
- Process driven and methodical thinking
- Great attention to detail
- Good communicator both in writing and verbally
- Able to build meaningful working relationships
- Confidence to work alone as well as within your team
- Educated to minimum GCSE A Level (or equivalent)
Role length:Permanent
Salary:Β£26,500 – Β£29,300 per annum
Hours:37.5 per week
Working pattern:Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)
