Hourly Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella)

Duration: 3 months – January 2026 to March 2026

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday (6am -2pm or 9am – 5pm)

Buckinghamshire service working to reduce rough sleeping and prevent repeat homelessness in Buckinghamshire through coordinated outreach, rapid rehousing, and resettlement support.

Daily duties:

  • Deliver assertive outreach to people sleeping rough, including responding to referrals, verifying rough sleeping, and engaging individuals at street level.
  • Support clients to access emergency, temporary, and longer-term accommodation, and work to prevent returns to rough sleeping.
  • Provide intensive casework to support tenancy sustainment, including in-reach and crisis management within accommodation settings.
  • Work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary agencies, landlords, and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance on housing options, welfare benefits, tenancy rights and responsibilities, and access to health and treatment services.
  • Deliver support flexibly across different platforms, including face-to-face, telephone, and digital methods.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to casework and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Enhanced Adult DBS
  • Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle to travel between sites.
