Venn Group are excited to announce that they are working with a Twickenham based Independent School to recruit a Marketing and Admissions Manager for a permanent contract. The post holder will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s growth and shaping its future marketing and recruitment strategies. Annual salary: £40,000 (flexible) Working hours: Full-Time 52 weeks, 35 hours per week Location: Twickenham Job responsibilities include: Review and update the School’s Marketing, Recruitment, and Retention strategy, including Nursery integration Conduct market research, analyse competition, and develop and implement a KPI-driven marketing plan with ROI-focused strategies, providing regular progress reports Propose and manage a cost-effective, targeted marketing budget Organise, lead, and attend promotional events, including evenings and weekends Lead design, production, and oversight of marketing materials (e.g., booklets, leaflets, and briefs) Manage and update the School’s website and create engaging digital content and social media posts to enhance the school’s brand and public profile Produce accurate and clear communications (both internal and external) Lead engagement with current and prospective parents through prompt, inclusive communication and follow-ups Collaborate with the Admissions Administrator to log, track, and follow up on enquiries and documentation throughout the admissions process Deliver up-to-date admissions, recruitment, and retention reports to the Marketing Committee Person specification: Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills (essential) Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach to work (essential) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (essential) Experience of content management programmes eg Wordpress, Mailchimp (desirable) Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2:1) (essential) Digital marketing experience and track record of working with websites and social media platforms, including using Canva and video editing (essential) Benefits: Free lunch Automatic enrolment in the school’s pension scheme Part of the Cycle to Work Scheme Vacancy reference: J85078 This is a fast moving role and will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
