Job Description Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a large, values-led organisation based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, lead on complex people matters, and play a key role in delivering people and organisational development initiatives across a diverse workforce. Provide strategic and operational HR partnering support to senior leaders and managers Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes Drive organisational change, workforce planning and talent management initiatives Coach and influence leaders to build management capability and high-performing teams Analyse people data and trends to support informed decision-making and business improvement Support the development and implementation of HR policies, projects and people-focused initiatives Partner with managers on recruitment, succession planning and workforce development activities Proven experience operating in a senior HR role, providing support across a broad range of people matters Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence effectively A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, combined with sound judgement and a good understanding of current HR best practice Experience supporting organisational change, continuous improvement, or wider people initiatives within a complex environment Duration: 9 month fixed-term contract Full-time Hybrid Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
