Locum Residential Conveyancer – Up to £50 per hour – Fully Remote – Initial 3+ months
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-established Local Authority to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic and vibrant legal team.
The Role:
Position: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Rate: Up to £50 per hour +
Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension
Location: Remote working
Hours: Up to Full Time (Will consider Part Time options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the conveyancing of property purchases for housing within the local area
- Oversee a varied caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, and Newbuild properties through to completion
- Support the Council with general property enquiries as needed
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
- Experience of working within Local Government or Public Sector
- Ability to handle a varied caseload efficiently and work independently
